Warranty/Guarantee
The Jackels Collection, Inc. offers a fourteen(14) day return policy from the date the item is received. Customers may return any item within 14 days from the delivery of the merchandise. Limited fourteen (14) day warranty. The Jackels Collection, Inc. warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. The Jackels Collection, Inc. is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and The Jackels Collection, Inc. shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur. Security When you make a purchase at The Jackels Collection, Inc., our server uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to connect with you. This protocol is the finest security available. SSL will encrypt your sensitive information, guarding it from interception and misuse. Your security and a safe shopping environment are our primary concerns. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to The Jackels Collection, Inc. within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through the U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer’s expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. All certs not returned with the merchandise will result in a $150 replacement fee. Once delivered to your location you are solely responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by The Jackels Collection, Inc. of the merchandise in its original condition. Sizing/Repairs Although The Jackels Collection, Inc. offers only the finest quality products, from time to time, some service or repair may be necessary. For sizing, alterations, or repairs, please contact our customer service department. Any alterations made prior to the 14-day return period will void your ability to return the item. Images The images featured on this Web site may have been altered, reduced, or enlarged. All computer monitors may display images and text differently. These images are intended to represent the general design and appearance of the item. They are not intended as an actual picture of the piece that will be shipped. Lab Certificates/Grading Reports The Jackels Collection, Inc. is proud to offers the finest quality diamonds available. A diamond grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) will accompany our loose diamond inventory. These laboratories are recognized around the world as the finest in gemological education and gem grading. However, diamond grading is subjective. The Jackels Collection, Inc. guarantees that the diamond sold matches the stone described by the grading report (i.e. that the diamond is the same one graded by the laboratory). We do not guarantee the accuracy of any diamond-grading laboratory. The Jackels Collection, Inc., its appointees, and agents are not responsible for possible dissimilarities and/or differences that could appear from repeated examinations or as a result of other methods applied. The Jackels Collection, Inc. presents these Grading Reports to the client solely for his own use and shall not be held responsible for any claim whatsoever that may be made on the basis of these evaluations. Appraisals The Jackels Collection, Inc. have our evaluations/appraisals in accordance with the scientific methods applied during the examination. The Jackels Collection, Inc., its appointees, and agents are not responsible for possible dissimilarities and/or differences that could appear from repeated examinations or as a result of other methods applied. The Jackels Collection, Inc. presents these appraisals/evaluations to the client solely for his own use and shall not be held responsible for any claim whatsoever that may be made on the basis of this evaluation.
